I'm a landscape photographer based in Grand Haven. Most of my work is captured along the lakeshore and throughout West Michigan, but my love for wild, untamed places can take me anywhere!

I don’t think of myself as an artist in the traditional sense. I’m more of a curator—capturing brief, moments of light. I see light first—its shape, tone, and texture—and that’s what I photograph. Light is what I find most interesting, and light is what I aim to share.

I believe that each subject possesses a singular “best” moment—an instance when it appears in its most optimal state and will not ascend to that point again. It is the objective of photography to capture these moments, ensuring they are preserved forever.
